Enccentric Hemispherical Valuve-Top-Mounted Horizontal Shaft Flat Bottom Full Bore Structure

The top-mounted horizontal shaft flat bottom full bore eccentric hemispherical valve adopts a top-opening type with horizontal arrangement of the eccentric shaft and 100% full bore design. The driving device (manual, electric, preu matic or hydraulic) is directly connected to the end of the shaft body, with a short power transmission path, low torque loss, and more stable an dreliable opening and closing process. The horizontal shaft body design makes the valve have aower center of gravity and stronger installation stability, and avoids shaft sagging and sealing lallure caused by long-term operation of the vertical shat body, prolonging the service lte of thevalve. The inner bottom of the valve body adopts a flat bottom design, completely eliminating the liquid accumulation area and residual dead angle at the bottom of traditional valves, effectively preventing solid particle deposition in the medium and avoiding failures such as valve coreamming and sealing wear caused by deposition. The horizontal shaft top-mounted design moreeffectively improves the efficiency of on-line maintenance. Only the top cover needs to beopened to maintain, repair and replace internal parts such as the spherical crown and sealing valve seat, saving the trouble of disassembling and assembling the actuator compared with the traditional top-mounted type. The flat bottom structure also facilitates the cleaning and emptying of the pipeline system, especially suitable for conveying impurity-containing and easy-crystallization media to ensure the smooth operation of the pipeline system.
